Our sales are subject to these general conditions which prevail over any other stipulation from the buyer. Any order placed by the buyer implies his acceptance without restriction or reservation to these general terms and conditions of sale.

Our minimum order is 50,00€ HT

Our deliveries are made by CHRONOPOST (next day delivery before 13h within France, 2-3 working days Europe-wide) or on pallet by DACHSER (minimum delivery time 48h)

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package. However, we can provide you with them on quotations and order returns.

For any request for partial delivery a contribution to the transport costs will be charged.

We remind you that in the event of damage during delivery, you are required to make written and reasoned reservations on the delivery receipt that the carrier has you sign.

For any order placed by telephone you must return the order form to us with the mention GOOD FOR AGREEMENT.

If you have to return merchandise to us it must be done with our agreement and within one month of purchase - otherwise we will be obliged to take a discount of 5% or more depending on the age of the order - and the items returned must be in good condition for resale and in their original packaging.

With regard to the exchange under warranty, the defective goods must be returned to us within one month of the request accompanied by the duly completed incident form, otherwise the goods exchanged free of charge will be invoiced to you.

1 First order

For the first order, payment will be made on a pro-forma invoice at the time of the order, then in accordance with the applicable law, after 45 days at the end of the month, by bank transfer.

2 Orders

Orders placed through the website commit the buyer as soon as the buyer accepts the order given by the buyer on the website. The information, photos and graphics in the catalogues are only indicative and do not commit the merchant. From the moment the Customer has recorded his order, he is considered to have accepted with full knowledge of the facts and without reservation the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered

3 Price

The selling prices of the products are those in force at the time the order is placed, excluding transport costs; the selling prices of the products may be modified at any time due to external events. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the price of the products according to the amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated when the Customer registers the order. The 5% web discount applies to all our products published on our e-commerce site, except for OEM items, filter panels, and raw materials.

4 Payment

Unless otherwise specified, products are payable at the time of order. Any amount paid by the Customer prior to the delivery of the product constitutes a deposit on the sale price definitively due by the Customer. Penalties equal to the bank base rate plus 3 points are automatically applicable to unpaid amounts at the end of a period of 10 days following the invoice date or upon notification of the rejection of bank payment for any other means of payment. The delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment of a previous order

5 Deliveries

Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer. It is the Client's responsibility to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that may appear justified. If the products delivered do not conform in kind or quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the Customer must, under penalty of forfeiture, formulate his claims within eight (8) days after delivery. The shipping costs appearing on the order confirmation step are given as an indication only and may be recalculated based on packaging: weight, volume, special packaging.

6 Guarantees

The products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Excluded from this warranty are any products modified or repaired by the buyer or by any other person not expressly authorized by the seller, as well as all products covered by a specific assistance and maintenance contract. Any return of the product under the aforementioned warranty must be subject to prior agreement by the seller. To this end, the buyer will contact the seller's after-sales service by sending a request by e-mail. If the product is found to be defective, the seller will provide the buyer with a product return number. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the product return number provided by the seller. All costs and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

7 Return of goods

Any return of merchandise must be made to our warehouse: YVEL FLUIDES, 3 route de haute Fontaine, 86240 FONTAINE LE COMTE.

8 Retention of title

The seller retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, principal, fees and taxes included. The transfer of risks relating to the product will take place when the ordered product is handed over to the carrier. It is therefore the Client's responsibility to take out insurance at his own expense in order to cover any risk, in particular damage and loss.

9 Responsibility

The seller cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever for any indirect damage. In the event of direct damage, the seller's liability is limited to an amount of €1,500.

10 Attribution of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. For all disputes relating to this contract between the seller and the buyer, the Versailles Commercial Court shall have sole jurisdiction.

11 Data processing and liberties

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her and stored by the merchant.
